The quality of KID water sources is ensured by following strict water quality testing and monitoring to be sure that all standards set by the Drinking Water Division of the State Water Resources Control Board are met, which includes testing monthly for chemical contaminants and testing semi-monthly for bacterial contaminants.

The water quality Consumer Confidence Report is sent annually to customers prior to July 1st and is also available here.
