INVITATION TO BID 

The Kinneloa Irrigation District (KID) invites you to submit a sealed bid proposal for the above referenced project which includes pipeline replacement on Sierra Madre Villa Avenue, Villa Highlands Drive, Edgecliff Lane and Pasadena Glen Road.  The bid documents including construction drawings and contract specifications are attached. The bid submittal deadline is 2:00 PM on September 30, 2026. 

All portions of the project are accessible, please visit the work locations at your convenience, there will be no scheduled job-walk.  Please be aware that the portion of the project on Lower Pasadena Glen Road does not allow any parking on the street.  You must park at the intersection of Vosburg Street / Pasadena Glen Road / Old Grove Road in designated visitor parking spaces and walk down the street to review the field conditions.
