Ending water service requests are processed only on business days. Please call the office at least 24 hours in advance of the date you would like service to end.
We cannot back date a bill and will continue to bill you for water service and usage until you contact our office. We do not estimate water usage and must get a final meter reading to determine usage before processing a closing bill. If you would like your final bill processed through escrow, please provide our office with the escrow company's name and phone number.
For further assistance please call 626-797-6295, and we will gladly assist you with terminating your service.
